ProTrac Distributor Systems, LLC and ProTrac Systems, Inc. are wholly owned subsidiaries of Polaris Golf Systems, Inc., manufacturer of the ProTracGPS yardage system. Both companies are based in Palm Beach Garden, Florida. Polaris was founded in 2001 to develop a GPS yardage system for golf courses that overcame the cost and operational issues associated with traditional cart-based GPS systems. ProTrac Distributor Systems, LLC was established to develop and support the ProTracGPS distributor operation.
