ProTrac Distributor Systems, LLC. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Polaris Golf Systems, Inc., manufacturer of the ProTracGPS yardage system. Both companies are based in Palm Beach Garden, Florida. Polaris was founded in 2001 to develop a GPS yardage system for golf courses that overcame the cost and operational issues associated with traditional cart-based GPS systems.

ProTrac Distributor Systems, LLC. was established to develop and support the ProTracGPS distributor operation. ProTrac Distributor Systems is committed to the success of our distributors, and we provide comprehensive distributor training and ongoing support programs designed to help our distributors build successful businesses. Our corporate team is comprised of individuals with a great deal of experience building successful companies.

Our founder and President, Tyce Fitzmorris, previously conceived product ideas for the medical and beverage industries, forming two companies to develop and commercialize the products, eventually taking one of the companies public. The products developed by these companies are currently being distributed and used worldwide.
